Chief Master Sergeant STEPHANIE M. CHRISMAN

Chief Master Sergeant Stephanie Chrisman is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 332d Air Expeditionary Wing, Southwest Asia. She is the principle enlisted advisor to the commander on all matters affecting mission readiness, health, welfare, morale, quality of life, professional development, and effective utilization of resources. The composite wing includes a wide array of combat Air Force capabilities including precision strike, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, and combat search and rescue in direct support of U.S. Air Forces Central and U.S. Central Command priorities. The wing is comprised of the 1st Expeditionary Rescue Group, three staff directorates and 12 additional operational and support function squadrons with more than 2,100 total force Airmen.

Chief Chrisman grew up in Plymouth, Connecticut and enlisted in the Air Force in April 1996. Her background in communications & cyber professions includes, various tactical platforms, command & control systems, network management & design, training, inspection activities, intelligence support and joint coalition integration. Throughout her career, she has filled roles including, Unit Training Manager, Unit Fitness Program Manager, additional-duty First Sergeant and Superintendent of Plans and Programs. Her assignments include bases in Utah, Washington, Alaska, Georgia, and Maryland. She has also served overseas in South Korea, Japan, Belgium, and Italy. She has deployed in support of numerous contingencies including Operations Desert Fox and Desert Thunder, Winter Talon, Freedom's Sentinel, Resolute Support, and most recently Operation Inherent Resolve.
