10/17/2012 - KANDAHAR AIRFIELD, Afghanistan - U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Russell Smith, 451st Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron structures specialists, repairs damage to a chain-link fence on Camp Losano here recently. With the 451st Air Expeditionary Wing continually growing and improving structures around KAF, the 451st ECES structures flight is instrumental in ensuring the facilities and their features are up to par at all times. The 451st ECES consists of a band of Airmen capable of building and repairing a number of structures with a wide range of materials and skills at their disposal. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt.
