AL UDEID AIR BASE, Qatar --   Twenty-eight service members from various coalition forces competed in “The Deid Throwdown” a Crossfit competition, Dec. 2, 2017. Staff Sgt. Sabastian Paz, a medical technician with the 379th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, organized the contest to motivate people and generate camaraderie and raise morale for those who enjoy fitness and a challenge. The competition consisted of running, medicine ball throws, pull ups, thrusters, burpees, deadlifts and other physical challenges.
