AL DHAFRA AIR BASE, United Arab Emirates --   Members of the 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron heavy equipment team use a jack-hammer to chisel concrete on the Al Dhafra Air Base flightline, United Arab Emirates Nov. 14, 2019.
