First Sergeant Symposium Begins at Red Tail University

Senior leadership at the 332d Air Expeditionary Wing began teaching the 2022 fall semester of First Sergeant Symposium Tuesday, November 1.

 

The class teaches Non-Commissioned Officers leadership competencies intended to prepare them for the role of First Sergeant. A First Sergeant is responsible for promoting health, morale, and welfare for the Airmen in their unit, and serves as an enlisted advisor to their commander.
