UDAIRI RANGE, Kuwait --   A U.S. Air Force tactical air control party Airman from the 82nd Expeditionary Air Support Operation Squadron watches as illumination rounds light up the sky at Udairi Range, Kuwait, March 14, 2023. TACPs are the bridge between units on the ground and aircraft providing fire support overhead. Thanks to the efficient and close support provided by TACPs, soldiers fighting on the ground can accurately call in fire support on opposing forces, safely bringing increased security to the AOR.
