SOUTHWEST ASIA --   The 386th Expeditionary Medical Group features various specialties and provides combat stress management, preventive medicine support, dental and force health protection for Department of Defense, U.S. and coalition forces throughout Southwest Asia.

The 386th EMDG also coordinates and supports movement of casualties throughout the AOR as well as assists in the maintenance of wing combat capability by providing local emergent and routine healthcare, coordinating local specialty medical referrals and aeromedical evacuation out of the AOR when necessary.
