SOUTHWEST ASIA --   Command Sergeant Major Frank A. Grippe, U.S. Central Command, conducted an "all-call" Aug. 8, 2013 at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Grippe addressed the mostly Air Force audience on topics ranging from leadership to empowering the enlisted corps. "The enlisted corps is the heart of the force," he said.
