Cell collecting
A possible donor swabs the inner cheek to collect a DNA sample during a bone marrow registry drive at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, Jan. 22, 2012. In addition to a completed registration form, four cotton swabs of DNA were needed to become a donor. The 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing has registered more than 400 donors during the last two bone marrow registry drives. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Joshua J. Garcia/Released)
