U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Juliana Guzman writes on a quality assurance form in the Ala' Too dining facility, Jan. 10, 2012, at the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan. Quality assurance inspections on food products are conducted twice a day ensuring food and safety rules are enforced. The Ala? Too operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day serving approximately 4,000 people daily.
