Native American Warrior Games

1st Lt. Justin Cassidy, 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron Munitions Flight commander, completes a successful one-leg high kick during the Native American Heritage Month Warrior Games Nov. 19 at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Eight teams competed in 10 different physical and mental challenges based on Native American culture and history. The team of “Uncle Fester’s Fantastic Comm Four” finished in first place, while “Orange Peels” came in second. The next heritage month event is the Jim Thorpe Memorial 5K Run set for Nov. 25, 6 a.m. at the BPC Fitness Center.
