C-27 program provides critical support to the Afghan National Police (ANP). The C-27 airlift mission carried palletized cargo, AK-47 rifles, and magazines for delivery to the Afghan National Police. Unlike the AN-32, the Air Corps' Soviet era aircraft, the C-27 can quickly on and off load palletized cargo which makes turnaround times for follow on missions much faster. Today's advancements by the C-27 make it a watershed day for the ANAAC, ANP, and the whole of the Afghan National Security Forces.
