A representative from the Teen Challenge Rehabilitation and Drug Center in Serphimova Village, Kyrgyzstan, gives a tour of the facility to Capt. Thomas Mulka, 376th Air Expeditionary Wing sexual assault response coordinator, and other members of the Manas Area Benefit Outreach Society from the Transit Center at Manas, April 17, 2010. Airmen from the Transit Center participated in a humanitarian assistance visit to the facility, donating clothing items for the residents of the rehabilitation center.
