Chief Master Sgt. Michael P. Sipps is the chief enlisted manager for the 380th Expeditionary Communications Squadron at a non-disclosed base in Southwest Asia. Here he is pictured on April 14, 2010. As a chief enlisten manager for the squadron, he's responsible for the overall care and management of all deployed enlisted members of the squadron.
