Staff Sgt.Brian Garrigan, emergency management craftsman with the 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron emergency management flight, participates in a co-agency training exercise with the 380th Expeditionary Medical Group bioenvironmental engineering section April 9, 2010, at a non-disclosed base in Southwest Asia. The exercise helped maintain readiness and cooperation between agencies for events such as a hazardous material response.
