Tech. Sgt. Phillip Daniels, jet engine mechanic assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Air Mobility Squadron, files the fan blades of a C-17 engine to blend a chipped part to match the other blades Aug. 27, 2008 at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia.
