380th AEW celebrates Hispanic Heritage

Maj. Wanda Jimenez, the chief nurse assigned to the 380th Expeditionary Medical Squadron, serves food to Tech. Sgt. Shineta Young, the Equal Opportunity regional director assigned to the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing, during Hispanic Heritage Night, September 23, 2022 at the Phantom Pavilion on Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. Hispanic Heritage Night was held to introduce ADAB members to music, games, activities and food from multiple Hispanic cultures, including Puerto Rican rice (Arroz con gandules), chicken (Pollo Guisado), ground beef for tacos, Flan and churros.
