    As the central HUB for AFCENT, Airmen here are responsible for supplying daily reports on what assets are being moved and which need to be replaced - some of which have been in rotation for quite some time and need to be evaluated. The number one resource used here: cargo nets and pallets. How else will everything stay put in the back of a banking C-17 Globemaster or C-130 Hercules?
  • AJAB launches Sandstorm Field Kitchen, promotes HPCON guidelines

    The 407th Expeditionary Support Squadron, with support from multiple base agencies, launched the Sandstorm Field Kitchen April 15, 2020 with the goal of maximizing physical distancing. The 386th Air Expeditionary Wing’s proactive response to COVID-19 includes several preventative measures such as the suspension of non-essential gatherings, cancellation of Force Support events, changes within dining facilities and the launch of a new dining facility to help support those changes.

    Master Sgt. Justin Greenhow, 386th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron first sergeant organized a small tour for 386th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron and 386th Maintenance Squadron Airmen in an effort to raise morale while abiding by DoD health protection guidelines.
