The 378th Air Expeditionary Wing hosted a “Perspective with Power” panel as part of a month-long series of discussions and activities designed to highlight Black History Month Feb. 5, 2021, at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The panel consisted of leaders with a variety of backgrounds, genders and ethnicities who spoke on challenges and experiences they’ve had while in the Air Force that made them better leaders. The event was designed to celebrate diversity and inclusion, while recognizing trailblazers and events that paved the way for equality and inclusion.
