378th ECONS receives new commander

Jacques Lamoureux, incoming commander of the 378th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron, speaks to Airmen and leadership during the unit's change of command ceremony at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, June 24, 2022. During the change of command ceremony, Maj. Karl Agudo relinquished command to Lamoureux. The primary purpose of a change of command is for subordinates to witness an officer formally assume responsibility, authority and accountability for the unit.
