A U.S. Marine assigned to 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Central Command posts as security during a tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel exercise at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, April 5, 2017. Marines with 1/7 compose the ground combat element, to include the dedicated TRAP force, for SPMAGTF-CR-CC within the USCENTCOM area of operations, spanning 20 countries.
