Senior Airman Collin Hinnant, 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron emergency management journeyman, uses a buffer solution while performing presumptive identification during a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosives response exercise at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, June 8, 2018.
