Lt. Col. John Stubbs relinquished command of the 386th Expeditionary Medical Squadron to Lt. Col. Christopher Parker in a change of command ceremony at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, May 30, 2023. A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
