Noel Jaimes, magnetic resonance imaging technician, writes down information about Toor Pekai’s medical history. Toor Pekai is the wife of Col. Amir Jan, Afghan Air Force staff judge advocate. Pekai suffered a massive stroke about four months ago and on Oct. 1, 2012, she arrived at Bagram Air Field for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to assess the damage that was done by the stroke. Amir Jan reached out through his coalition mentor to gain more insight into her condition. (Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Melissa K. Mekpongsatorn)
