Capt. Cyanela Hernandez Borrero, a clinical psychologist assigned to the 380th Expeditionary Medical Squadron, celebrates after being nominated for Company Grade Officer of the Quarter, October 4, 2022 at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. Embracing the spirit of football season, the theme for the third quarter awards was a tailgating event. Airmen were encouraged to wear their favorite team’s jerseys and decorate their sections while they cheered on their Wingmen.
