Master Sgt. Fernando Buitrago has passions for art and aircraft. He has designed coins, painted murals and other forms of military art, and has had his personal artwork displayed in more than 10 exhibitions. Staff Sgt. Emmy Heltzel, 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, electrician, renders aide to a victim played by Tech. Sgt.
