U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Brandon Stout, 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, does pull ups during a workout at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Sept. 11, 2013. Stout recently took first place in AFCENT's bi-annual "Strongest in the AOR" competition where he lifted a total of 1,460 pounds. A tiring workout
