AFCENT Band "Sirocco" performs for Kyrgyz Republic school children
Two students provide some extra pluck for Staff Sgt. Paul Wells at the Bishkek Boarding school for the Deaf in the Kyrgyz Republic as Master Sgt. John Link of Enfield, Conn., provides keyboard backup. Sergeant Wells, a native of Tampa Bay, Fla., plays guitar with the AFCENT Band "Sirocco," part of the United States Air Forces in Europe Band and is deployed from Sembach Air Base, Germany. The 10-member group's mission -- in addition to troop morale -- is to help offer a positive vision and nurture common interests and values in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
