Operation Iraqi Freedom
U.S. Army Sergeant Major Matthew Mullins, Nangarhar Agri-Business Development Team Chief, Forward Operating Base Finley-Sheilds, Nangarhar Province conducts a site survey at a karize site in Rodat, Afghanistan, May 28. The Nangarhar Agri-Business Development Team is responsible for developing and monitoring projects which will improve the agricultural production of the rural farming communities in the province. The team supports the construction of wells, karizes, veterinary clinics, and reforestation projects. Sergeant Major Mullins is the 70th Troop Command sergeant major at Missouri Joint Task Headquarters, Missouri National Guard.
