SATHER AIR BASE, Iraq -- Senior Airman David Britt, 447th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels lab technician, connects an in-line sampler to a connection device here July 20, 2009. Airman Britt primarily built the apparatus, nicknamed "Frankenstein," which re-circulates fuel through the hose to the apparatus, allowing him to safely retrieve samples to test the fuel for water and sediment.
