The school put on a celebration for the Kyrgyz holiday, ?The Day of the Protector,? at which more than 75 children performed to thank the Manas volunteers for their dedication and support to help rebuild and improve their school over the past seven years. Airmen from the 376th Expeditionary Operations Group and the Air Expeditionary Wing staff have volunteered to help as the school as part of the private, non-profit Manas Service Organization. They just delivered a new generator to the school and also recently gave a new refrigerator and stove using donations raised by the MSO.
