Colonel Charles A. Fallon

Col. Charles A. Fallon is the Wing Commander, 332d Air Expeditionary Wing, Southwest Asia. He commands a composite wing that includes a wide array of combat Air Force capabilities including precision strike, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, and combat search and rescue in direct support of U.S. Air Forces Central and U.S. Central Command priorities. The wing is comprised of three Mission Generation Force Elements, an Expeditionary Air Base Group, two Staff directorates and 13 additional operational and support function squadrons with more than 2,600 total force Airmen. In this deployed role, he fosters partnerships with the host nation and international allies.

Col. Fallon received his commission from the United States Air Force Academy in 2003. He has previously served as Commander of the 55th Fighter Squadron at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. and in a variety of positions including Chief, Senior Leader Management, Air Combat Command, Langley AFB, Va. and Director of Operations for the F-16 Weapons Instructor Course at the United States Air Force Weapons School, Nellis AFB, Nev. Prior to his current position, the colonel was the Commandant of the United States Air Force Weapons School at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev.

Col. Fallon is a command pilot with more than 2,800 total flying hours including more than 616 combat flight hours. Col Fallon's home station is Hill Air Force Base, Utah, where he serves as the Wing Commander for the 388th Fighter Wing.
