MWD Veterinarian ensures healthiness
Right, Army Capt. Angela Demaree, performs a follow-up exam on Military Working Dog Celo as his handler, Staff Sgt. Robert Beaudoin, looks on, Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, Aug 11. Demaree checked for range of motion and any continued signs of inflammation or pain on the German Sheppard's front leg due to tendinitis. In addition to ensuring the health and well-being of all working dogs assigned to the Transit Center, Demaree also performs audits of all approved food source providers, helping to maintain food safety standards and the health of all service members stationed at the Transit Center.
