SOUTHWEST ASIA - Colonel Joseph Martin and Chief Master Sgt. Dennis Daubert recognize the promotion selection of Senior Master Sgt. James Populis to the rank of chief master sergeant here Aug. 9. The chief-select from the 386th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron was promoted through the supplemental promotion system.
