Air Force Academy cadets experience deployed life
Deployed cadets from the U.S. Air Force Academy participate in a training routine challenge with 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron firefighters. Operation Air Force Deployed is a month-long joint USAFA/ROTC immersion-based program to give cadets first-hand knowledge of daily life as a deployed officer. It exposes them to a variety of Air Force Specialty Codes as well as working relationships between operations and support squadrons and between officers and enlisted Airmen.
