Prior service experience gives contract airfield managment aerial edge at 386th
Sam Cutler, the airfield manager with the 386th Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron, checks for loose rocks in cracks on the runway here. As the airfield manager, Mr. Cutler is in charge of ensuring that the airfield is safe for aircraft and personnel. Mr. Cutler is a contractor with Midwest Air Traffic Control Service, Inc., the company who overseas the airfield management and air traffic control services at the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing.
