Prior service experience gives contract airfield managment aerial edge at 386th

General Fail, an air traffic control liaison with the 386th Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron, goes over some safety regulations with a host nation air traffic controller. Mr. Fail is a contractor with Midwest Air Traffic Control Service, Inc., the company that currently overseas all airfield management and air traffic control services at the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing.
