Air Force EOD trains Iraqi police EOD
FORWARD OPERATING BASE CEDAR, Iraq -- U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Arthur Bigelow, explosive ordinance disposal (EOD) technician, 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, advises an Iraqi Police EOD technician as he inerts an improvised explosive device during a training scenario conducted by the Air Force EOD members here, Nov. 4, 2009. The training was a part of a six week course offered to the Iraqi Police to better help them understand the technicalities of EOD that would further aid in the transition of troops scheduled to withdraw from Iraq in 2011.
