SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Staff Sgt. David Thain (left), Tech. Sgt. Dirk Mancuso (center), and Tech. Sgt. Donald Moore, all deployed to the 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, use team work to move a new traffic bollard May 21, 2008, at an air base in the Persian Gulf Region. Members from the 386th ECES are installing new traffic bollards to improve force protection on the air base.
