SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Staff Sgt. David Thain (left), Tech. Sgt. Dirk Mancuso (center), and Tech. Sgt. Donald Moore, all deployed to the 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, use team work to move a new traffic bollard May 21, 2008, at an air base in the Persian Gulf Region. Members from the 386th ECES are installing new traffic bollards to improve force protection on the air base. Sergeant Thain is deployed from the Utah Air National Guard’s 151st Air Refueling Wing in Salt Lake City, Sergeant Mancuso is deployed from the Louisiana ANG’s 159th Fighter Wing in New Orleans, and Sergeant Moore is deployed from the Mississippi ANG’s 186th Air Refueling Wing in Meridian, Miss.
