NASA astronauts touch down at Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan
The crew of NASA's Space Shuttle Endeavour STS-126 mission greet KC-135 Stratotanker maintainers of the 376th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron during a tour of Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan, Jan. 28. The visit marked the first time NASA astronauts have toured the deployed area of operations after a mission and was the first time astronauts have visited Manas AB and the country of Kyrgyzstan.
