SOUTHWEST ASIA -- The Honorable Craig Duehring, the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Washington, D.C., listens to Master Sgt. Al Fidance, 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron structures, about concerns he has following an open forum at an air base in the Persian Gulf Region recently.
