SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Staff Sgt. David Myers, 586th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, pays for his purchases at the Base Exchange with an Eagle Cash card on Nov. 10 at an air base in Southwest Asia. Eagle Cash is a management tool designed to support U.S. military personnel deployed in combat zones and peacekeeping missions. The 386th Air Expeditionary Wing Finance office has issued more than 3,500 Eagle Cash cards since January 2008. The card can be used to pay for goods and services at military installations throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. Sergeant Myers is deployed from Holloman Air Force Base, N.M.
