CAOC director
SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Brig. Gen. Lance Undjem, Combined Air and Space Operations Center director, listens to a briefing by Tech. Sgt. Benedict Salinas, 386th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, on Aug. 29 at an airbase in Southwest Asia. The brief, which discussed the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing's newly completed fuel cell building, explained the overall efficiency improvements in fuel tank cleaning that will result from its operation. General Undjem is the new CAOC director, and is touring U.S. Central Command observing how the CAOC contributes to day-to-day operations in the theater.
