Nothing escapes maintainers' radar

JOINT BASE BALAD, Iraq -- Staff Sgt. Prentiss Hyde (right) reviews a technical order with Airman 1st Class Christeen Angelaitis while the Airmen install a radar rack into an F-16 Fighting Falcon here July 31. The radar powers the F-16's radar package, allowing the pilot to detect aircraft and guide bombs onto targets. Sergeant Hyde is an avionics craftsman, and Airman Angelaitis is an avionics journeyman.
