Force Protection receives weapons training
Senior Airman Julio Morales, deployed from Joint Base San Antonio, discusses proper firing technique with his combat arms instructor, Senior Airman Phillip Williams. Morales, a member of the 387th Support Squadron Force Protection team, received weapons proficiency training with combat arms instructors from the 387th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron while deployed to the AOR. Because Force Protection Airmen act as augmentees to security forces, it is important that they receive on-going proficiency training to ensure they are ready to properly react and respond during times of increased threats.
