Force Protection receives weapons training

Senior Airman Christina White, a Force Protection Airman with the 387th Expeditionary Support Squadron, engages a target with her M-9 pistol. White, a native of Bushkill, Pa., received weapons proficiency training with combat arms instructors from the 387th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron while deployed to the AOR. Because Force Protection Airmen act as augmentees to security forces, it is important that they receive on-going proficiency training to ensure they are ready to properly react and respond during times of increased threats.
