Security Forces couple receive PACAF honors

Senior Airman Robin Knabe checks Master Sgt. Christopher Knabe’s restricted area badge at the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing, Southwest Asia, Dec. 4, 2013. Robin was announced as PACAF’s Outstanding Security Forces Staff Level Airman of the Year and Christopher was announced as PACAF’s Col. Billy Jack Carter Award recipient. The couple is currently deployed together with Robin beginning her first deployment assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron as a base defender and Christopher is serving his fourth deployment as the 379th AEW Check Six NCO in charge.
