A U.S Army AH-64 Apache helicopter with the 36th Aviation Brigade participates in a Joint Air Attack Team live-fire exercise conducted by the 82nd Expeditionary Air Support Operations Squadron at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, Sept. 18, 2013. A JAAT is where both fixed wing and rotary wing assets all fire in to the same area. "The goal of the operation is to get joint tactics and techniques down between the different services."
