Members of the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing combatives class execute the t-jump exercise here, Sept. 19, 2013. The t-jump consists of one partner sitting on the ground with their arms raised. The other partner jumps over one arm, their partner’s legs and finally the other arm in succession to complete one repetition.
