PRESS RELEASE: TRANSIT CENTER WORKS WITH MPoY, U.S. DEPT. OF STATE TO GET AID FOR OSH

Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyz Republic --  Answering a call for aid for the people of Osh, Kyrgyzstan, the Transit Center at Manas is working with the Ministry of the Protection of Youth and the U.S. Department of State to obtain and deliver humanitarian assistance supplies, including food, for victims of the recent violence in the south. The Transit Center is providing limited medical supplies, as well.

Operations at the Transit Center have not been impacted by the recent violence in the region, as a result we are able to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Osh.

We hope that the situation will be resolved in a peaceful manner.
